Is it possible for a women to become the man mom in a relationship?

Lets say the boy grew up without a mother figure due to many horrible reasons so when the gut gets old they meet someone who looks like there mom and behaves like there mom but its actually there girlfriend because they are in a relationship with her but he constantly cheats on her makes her believe a lot of lies she believes them but she takes over his mom's roll controlling giving him a curfew needs to know where he is at and who he is with, needs to be around him all the time basically baby sit him all day long gives him everything etc
