I (m20) asked my friend (f19) who I kind of have feelings for to get ice cream w me tonight. She said she wished she could but her mom is making her go to her brother's concert tonight.
I'm wondering how long I should wait before I ask her to hang out again because I think she wants to but just couldn't this time.
