That just happen 10 months ago at first my heart dropped but I caught myself really quick I said congratulations and I just held on to her type I had to because otherwise I might have blown up 500 million things flash through my mind in 30 seconds and I have to remind myself this is not about me this is about her and her future and her baby when I let go of hurt I asked her if she was happy she said yes I asked who the father was she told me they have had their ups and downs for quite a while it was a lot older than her I asked how that relationship is going and she said okay

I didn't ask her if she has been to the doctor is she on prenatal care she said yes to both of them

And then she asked me how I feel about it I said you want to know the truth or do you want me to just answer you and she smiled she said how about both I told her okay

I said the truth is it's none of my business you are a grown woman you know about birth control you know about having sex and it's just none of my business my business is to make you happy my business is to make like grandson or granddaughter happy that's my business

She said I already know this tell me what you really think I said I really don't need to do that why would I take a beautiful moment and ruin it

She said because I want to know what you think I said okay first of all you know that I will always be here for you no matter what it is right she said I know that's the reason why I'm asking you this I told her that our world is a crazy place right now we are both being bored like two more manipulated than ever before and I said for me and only me I wouldn't want to bring a baby into the world right now just for the fact that is something does go down and something happens to me I couldn't live with myself not knowing who has my baby or I wasn't able to take care of that baby I said you know me

And then I said there are things there life to happen that we either have control over no control of but no matter what it happened it's not how much you beat yourself up it's what you and how you do with it then with this you have to be the best you have to deal with it the best I said are you asking me because you don't want the baby she said no I want the baby I said okay well that's all that counts that's all that matters right there I said you're going to be fine you know that I'm here and I will do whatever you need me to do and then I smiled and I said as long as you're happy that's all that matters so you have a choice either take it on head first and be the best mother possible or not do I already know which one you're going to do because otherwise I'm taking over LOL and she just said thank you I love you so much Dad you always know what to tell me and I said I love you but that's all I have to tell you

I'd want to know a lot of information.
Whose the dad?
How far along are you?
Was it consensual?
What are her intentions?
Then tell her I love her, probably mad as hell... but I'll support her the best I know how... and don't throw anything in her face because she already knows she fucked up bad.
