Do you have difficulty being rude to people?

I don’t like to hurt people but it seems sometimes being cold and rude is the right thing to do.

I can relate, since I don’t like being rude too. But sometimes people are harassing, insisting or disturbing, and they ignore you if you express your opinion or you ask to change way to act with polite manners. So, in that cases, rudeness is more effective.

I learnt in this world no one is very caring about you, every one thinks at self interest first. So if you don’t want to be trampled by others, you have to be a bit selfish and take yourself what you deserve. This can be considered selfish, jerky and rude but something being egoist (a bit) is healthy.

The only way I would treat someone "rudely" is if they are a bad person or are rude first, in which case I don't consider my actions to be rude.

Honestly I've never been able to stand up for myself and I just let my bullies step all over me. But I think I can stand up for myself now because I practice doing it online even though I've never done it in real life. My way of being rude is actually very indirect. I usually just give the cold shoulder because confrontation isn't my style.

Yeah, like I hate being mad at someone, I literally cannot yell at someone. Even if they insult me first, all the comebacks I have point at insecurity they have and I can't bring myself to say them. When I'm really angry at someone, all my comments just come out passive-aggressive.

I have no issues doing it when it's called for. Now I am never rude just for the shake of being rude... but there are times when others seem to be oblivious to the fact that are other people in the world. So you got to get their attention from time to time to make the piont that its not hard to be a self righteous, self absorbed, condescending jerk.

I have little difficulty being rude, but it's not what I prefer to do. Sometimes I think you have to in order to help them understand.

It's hard for me not to be, which sucks because one part of me hates to make people feel like shit and another part of me has such a short temper it just comes out.

It takes a lot to get me there but once I'm there I have a temper on me and I normally go beyond rude.

No, for me it is easy but in general I am not rude. For me throwing people out of my life, ceasing contact and these things are really easy to do.
