Accept. I am *pretty sure* i speak for a lot of people in newer generations. I don't exactly care if someone comes out or not. Of course I'll step in if they get discriminated for it, but I see no reason to make this an event like a gender reveal party. (in an analogy) This matters as much as hair colour. If you dye your hair, people calmly say 'cool' and move on with life.
