Should I say farewell to a female friend?

I got a job offer in Spain and thought of a friend I fell out with. We had a huge fight a year ago and haven't spoken since. Thought I should apologize for my behavior and say that she deserves all the best. She got an awesome summer internship. She Always told me that her dream job would be in Spain (spanish-speaking country). The chances of forgiveness are low, but I want her to know I am really sorry no matter what.

Of course. Even though you had a fight I'm sure she still misses you and would be glad if you said bye. Maybe you too can apologize and be on better terms.

If you didn’t have an intimate relationship, then do it. If you had an ugly breakup, maybe not.
