Having an active interest in their life. Spending quality time together, setting clear boundaries and expectations, allowing them to make mistakes (that's a tough one for me), making sure your kids know they can truly rely on you, giving them all the tools they need to get the best start in their adult life, and showing them how to be thankful.
being emotionally there for your child. teaching them how to function in society. having open communication with them.
Probably history before: --treatment of parents. -dedication to Finishing things. --Achievement. -Reasonable understanding of Family first. Value related to people whether animals or Beings...
Teaching Morality. Taking them to a good Christian Church and instilling a solid Christian foundation and a belief in Jesus Christ.
