Well she went ahead and called my parents CRYING saying she was scared for me because I was dating a girl. My parents confiscated my phone and started texting the girl and told her to come to our house they interrogated the girl asked her who she was then told her we were not dating. my mom broke my phone while family was crying, then i got sent to their native country for like two months. Now over a decade later i find out from a friend that she is dating a girl and she is keeping this from everyone including her baby father and kinda leading him on, giving him false hope. Should I tell him and why yes and why no.

You don't have a obligation to her baby's father and as you said, she is a ex-friend. So you have no obligation to her ether. That and involving yourself is pretty much asking to get put in the middle of whatever drama the whole mess might end up creating. Because of that I would say it's in your best bet to simply keep yourself out of it.
