Friends changing plans abruptly without my permission, what should I so?

I’m at the point of not liking to invite friends out places.

Recently I invited my friends to go to an amusement park outside of our town that’s about an hour or 2 away. Me and 2 of my other friends have been talking about going there since April/May. One of our other friends randomly suggested that we go out of state to a bigger amusement park and she’s inviting other friends who we don’t know.

I’m a little upset cause she didn’t ask me if it was ok that we change plans since it was originally my idea and I invited everyone. Plus her plan was out of the blue and she kinda took over without making sure we were all ok with it first.

But now everyone else wants to go with her and I’m left debating on if I should still go with them or not.

I like traveling and going to another state, but she wanna go in 2 weeks and it feels like it’s not enough time, especially for a out of state trip.

And now I feel overwhelmed cause I’ve been planning to go to an amusement park since May and making sure everyone has time off to go, but instead they want to burn more gas and spend more money elsewhere at the last minute. And it’s too much for my anxiety.

I would just recommend you to let it go this time, to fuck your anxiety and go with the unplanned. Anxiety will continue fucking you up if you don't start kicking it, avoiding what's bad for anxiety is what we're often told to do, but if you let it take over such simple things, you're letting it take huge part of your life. I know what I'm saying because I'm still dealing with it DAILY, don't be a victim, kick it and take "crazy" decisions sometimes. Have a panic attack? go cry in the bathroom, wash your face and you'll be fine. Repeat as needed, it doesn't matter what people might think, you're working on yourself and that's amazing.

After the trip is over to talk with your friends about the last hour plans change topic.

I couldn’t really get a word in cause the moment she brought it up, everything that I planned was pushed to the side cause everyone immediately agreed on it so I figured it was no point saying anything. I’ll just not go and not invite her anymore
