Help, please read. I don't know how else to confront my dad about him going through my stuff?

I'm 21, a very responsible person, doing good in my studies, I'm respectful, I help at home, I'm a good daughter. I went through lets say a pretty self destructive phase when I was around 15-17 y/o and my parents were worried about me. At 19 when I was finally alright and life got back to normal one day my dad asked me to help him pass some of his photos from his phone to his laptop, and I did. While doing that I found out he took pictures of my drawings and stuff I wrote in my diary from when I was struggling, I asked him why he took those and he said since I wasn't talking to them about my things he went through my stuff, which sounds logic to me, I asked him to delete those and he said he would, but I know he didn't.

Same thing happened in other occasion with new photos of my writings, also, I knew he'd gone through my stuff in my room because I noticed things were moved and my keys were missing which months later I found hidden in a bag in his closet while searching for spare keys, I confronted him and he said he didn't hide them and asked me what was I doing going through his stuff, my mom admitted it made no sense that my keys were hidden in his closet but finally told me to let it go since he insisted he never goes into my stuff and that he didn't remember hiding them.

Today he asked me again to transfer his photos. I saw in his phone pics of my new notebook, I haven't confronted him but I'm very disappointed.

A year ago I wanted to vent and told my aunt and she told me he did the same when they were little, she just ripped off all the pages and never wrote a diary again. My mom does nothing. by the way, he's not stupid, he's a lawyer, that's why I expected to be able to have honest conversation with him, specially with the proof in his own phone.

Since I was little I sometimes thought someone went through my diaries but blamed my mom, and when she said she didn't I just thought I was "paranoid" about someone reading my stuff, now I'm sure it was my dad.
