Should I wish my ex best friend on his birthday?

we both had a fight 3 months ago and haven't talked to each other since then. It's his birthday tomorrow, so should I sent him a wish?

I would do it. Never know what you will get out of it. I wished a guy I used to talk to a happy birthday and now we are more chill with each other because he thought I hated him when in reality I was just in a bad mindset when he talked to me.

Yeah sure why not. It'll show that you still kinda care about him and nobody's gonna get upset about a birthday wish. There's pretty much no downsides to it
