What should I do friend under my car insurance and won't pay his half of the bill?

So my friend has been under my car insurance for the past 3 years due to personal issues. For the past year I had to case him down for money and now he won't pay it's 5 months. His car is in my name what should I do! I don't want him getting me in trouble if he gets tickets since the car in my name. He owns the car which is worth 10k

To add.. does the insurance have any local offices? I would lean more to calling a local agent then the main 1-800 number. You’ll find a more personal shoulder to hear you out.
