From my experience living in a dorm for four years with a roommate and also dealing with people who also had roommates, there is nothing that can stop you from going insane. The two girls who shared a wall with my roommate and I, got in a knock down drag out fight at 3am in the morning that spilled out into the hallway waking EVERYONE up because apparently, from what we could hear from the thin walls, the one girl drank the other girls water which she came home to discover. This was apparently after she'd been warned several times that her property did not belong to the other girl. Just like with any relationship in life, if there is no respect shared and given, you cannot maintain a harmonious relationship.
This is why i never have roommate while i was in college HAHA
Cuz i know if i live with different person with different personalities will be chaotic someday. So i have my own room by myself, and my own privacy too ofc *cough. Unless my friend wanna sleepover for a night or a week i dont mind at all.. ill share my bed to them...
I meant "i never want to have roomate while i was in college"
Thanks for mho by the way
it is impossible as a Landlord to university students. Hobbies, gym, football 🏈 games etc…. Fill your days so rarely around one another…Andcwatch your boy/girlfriend. Good luck 🍀
You mean like my one roommate who declared war whenever he discovered stains less than half the size of a kid's pinky nail?

Almost impossible not to go insane from it. I’ve dealt with enough crazy/passive aggressive flat mates in the past. It’s great having my own place now.
I recommend finding your own place, or living with family or friends rather than crazy strangers.
This brings back memories…my daughter had a dorm roommate (Canadian and in Canada) who would never leave the room and was afraid to go out anywhere without my daughter. She would also not throw out her garbage, and be like a sloth in the room…messy, etc. and also ate my daughters food without permission. I tried to get my daughter to ask for a new roommate but my daughter and she had some classes together and it would be awkward to face her in them if she did.
Pick a good roommate first before they move in.
background check, background check, credit check, boyfriend check.. no losers
Pretend they are the wind, practice mediation and list out the cons of committing murder and going to jail u should remain sane and not a fugitive.
1. Find an apartment in which you can live by yourself.
I did that when I was 26 and, God, was that spectacular!
Never had a roommate who was too bad. Even though for one I had in college where I was his third roommate of the year due to him getting in fights with his first two.
Usually I've had roommates where we just do our own thing.
This why I only live alone because I couldn't stand messy dirty slobs people.
If your roommate is causing you drama, then make a plan to move on from them at the end of the lease. Find a better roommate.
Either you think that your roommate doesn’t exist or you work hard to get along with that person and eventually turn that person around.
I prefer no drama so I only stay with someone I know very well or love alone
Only be roommates with cousins or siblings.
Get a new roommate lol
You all have to set the ground rules
I. would never live with random people
Sit back relax and enjoy the show
