Why does my sister exclude me from parties/hangouts?

So my sister and I work together at a restaurant. A coworker and mutual friend of ours is having a party for his bday tonight. He offered to text me his address when I saw him at work but we were in a rush and I told him to text it to my sister since they already had each other’s contact info.

So I tell my sister to text me the address later on and to let me know when she’s going to the party. And she didn’t tell me. She’s already at the party. She’s done this before and uses lame excuses as to why she didn’t tell me. I’m just wondering why she’s like this? AND Then, she’ll act like it’s no big deal and talk about the party or hangout to me. As if she didn’t forget to let me know.

A different incident is when a bunch of coworkers were gonna get drinks after work. I got off work early so I told my sister to let me know when they were going and she didn’t tell me and went with them anyway. And then talked about how fun it was.

Are you younger or older than your sister. It's possible since you work together that she doesn't want to be hanging out with you after work. Sometimes people need space from people.

I went through a similar thing with my siblings never inviting me anywhere and excluding me. To this day I still get excluded and I found out it was because I'm the youngest so they ways seen me as the favourite child or as they called me the golden child because they believed my parents brought me everything I wanted when they didn't my life growing up was in a traumatic for me

I’m actually the oldest. And we wouldn’t be closely hanging out since other friends were gonna be at the party. I would just hang out with them.
