What to do with family who constantly calls you fat or whale?

My aunt always calls me fat or whale because I look huge. I started working out a month ago and she said me working out doesn't make a difference on my body it doesn't change like I still look fat. And I look like a whale

She was overweight when she was a kid and I don't know why she's mean when she was fat as a kid.

She sounds like a narcissts. Dont waste any emotion on her. Even if she says something nice or bad dont let it affect you in a good or bad way. Stay neutral with her and try to keep distance. Thats my advice!:)
