Why is my overweight American family so rude to me for no reason?

They aren’t into eating healthy and they always roll their eyes when I exercise or eat healthy which is a normal thing to do in Europe

Who knows... are you arrogant or condescending about your lifestyle compared to theirs? If so, maybe that annoys them. If not, maybe they're struggling with their own feelings about themselves. The only real way to find out is to address the issue with your family.

Because they feel more comfortable around other people who dont put in the effort to improve their health and appearance. You remind them of their laziness
