When you lost someone maybe through death or anything, how do you feel?

I wrote this because I and my friends lost one of our Coursemate in my department.

It is so shocking that someone we saw last week Thursday is gone 😭😭😭😭😭😭.

If it's not a friend or family member I don't really put any thought into it so I just get on with my day.

Losing family is rough though. I was very upset with I lost my brother unexpectedly. There are times when I think about him and start to feel sad again, but I remind myself that it doesn't do me any good to do that. I put it out of my mind, think of the good times we had and I move on.
