If you're 3'9 feet tall and 69 lbs... obviously the average height for a women is 5'6. So most women are close to if not already full grown by 16. You're seriously short and I don't even know if 69 pounds is light or heavy when your that short.

Yes like most all of them your age... if you're 3'9 as in 3 feet 9 inches... but you would know this unless you've been locked in a closet and have never seen or been around other 16 year olds. So there is something more to this story.
