He's either trying to keep you "in the bag" as my toxic friends would say, or he's a sexual deviant like me. He's probably just trying to keep you around, but there's like a.01% chance that genuinely thinks that friends should be able to be sexual with each other without that affecting the friendship. But even I wouldn't ask for sexual things if my friend didn't first. I think you're 100% justified in not continuing to be friends.
