I want a second child and unfortunately I don't have many options. I don't know what to do anymore. My biological clock is ticking. What can I do?

For over a year now I've been thinking more and more about having a second child. But I don't have a boyfriend. Unfortunately I can't afford insemination and I'm wondering what is left that I didn't look into it. I'd appreciate any kind of advice. Thank you in advance.

If you still got baby fever there's always the idea of adopting and it can be a huge plus if you want a great way to also like have an excuse to be able to move into other cultures. BUT I SAY THAT if you have the understanding if you adopt from another culture you have to have the mindset to respect that new culture. Your new adopted childs culture isn't like some bad joke!!! Or you can hit a really hard wall with your adopted kids culture and the kid themselves. As being adopted your culture that is unique if your different becomes ones identity and when that gets attacked or used a crutch or weakness it can have explosive results.

As someone who was and is adopted these are things I'd want someone who maybe would consider adoption is to take it seriously. And treat the adopted kid like the family member they should be.

You'll probably have to find a boyfriend quickly, at least get your ovaries reserve checked so you know how long exactly you have. There's sites and dating apps to match people who want children as well, even if you're just looking for a donor and not a father.

As another user mentioned, you can look into adoption as well, foster care adoption is cheaper and easier from what I've heard but the children are older (so you usually won't find or have a baby).

For apps, there's Just A Baby, Modamily, and HeyBaby (this one is more focused on dating). There's more apps and sites but those three and some subreddits are the ones I'm most familiar with.

Here in the UK it can run from £1000 to £2000 per treatment... Still a bloody sight less than bringing a child up.

Unfortunately in Canada is 6000 per treatment and is required 6 treatments + medications + tests... As you see isn't cheap at all
