Family says to drop the guy friends because "it's not socially appropriate for a woman to have 6 male bestfriends and 3 female friends."
Nothing remotely sexual has ever happened with any of them not even with the girls. I don't hang out with the female friends too much anymore because I all about guys and what they want to do to "make them jealous". And I hang out with the males because they don't mind me tagging along to the gym with them, they sometimes ask my opinion on a certain gift if they're unsure of their s/o would really like it.
I've been friends with the guys since 2nd grade but all of a sudden family doesn't seem to like them at all. I'm confused not sure what to do I actually like the friends I have and they have been nothing but supportive to me and my two daughters who they all adore and spoil with toys and things for their new rooms in my new place. They also have been helping us move everything. So if any of that made any sense I'd appreciate some opinions and ideas. Thanks š
