What happens? How do they decide who gets her? Would the quieter one be more likely to bow out even if he really likes the girl? And the guys that do back out, does it mean they don't have as strong of feelings for her? Cause I think these 3 guys who are good friends all like me..They tease me a lot when they're together. One admitted his feelings and from source of another close guy friend I was told both other guys like me and want to date me.. I feel awkward cause I feel like choosing between them will hurt someone's feelings and I'm friends with all of them

If they follow the rules of the bro code, then it goes something like this:

The bro who called dibs first gets to proceed chasing you with the knowledge that the other bros will be his wingmen. Dibs last for as long as it takes until you reject him. HOWEVER, if one of the other bros is genuinely in love, or is going through a dry spell longer than the first bro's by a multiple of two or more, then it customary for the first bro must surrender his dibs.

The only situation in which bros may ignore the dibs rule without breaking the bro code is if they genuinely had a chance at a threesome with you and another girl.

If they are not real bros, or if none of them call dibs, then anything and everything is fair game.

In Jr. High and in High School, if they were really close friends, and if one of them was crazy head over heels in love with you, one of them would call dibs. So I think it's pretty safe to venture that none of them really, really, like you.

Shy guys chicken out at exactly the wrong moment all the time, so it could be that the one that likes you the most doesn't exactly show it.

So ask all three out on a date. Three weeks in a row. The two that you do not ask out first will be hurt of course, but they'll get over it next week when they see your crazy game plan. When you show them all that you're giving them a chance and it's anyone's race, they'll start to really differentiate from each other.

The shy one never talks to me but he's always looking out for me and offering to help me..yesterday he was walking to class and I was going into the locker room and he kinda lit up, changed his course and walked over to me..tbh the position of his arms kinda looked like he was gonna hug me but I wasn't sure so I started talking so he didn't..

If you feel that way then you shouldn't date them. But sometimes I think it depends more on you which one do you feel more attracted to.

It depends on several factors—who met your first, who likes you most, who has more successes with women compared to the others, etc.. In general, the more social, affable guys (the loud ones) will step aside for the quitter one because they tend to have an easier time replacing you than the reticent (quiet) guy.
