Is it weird for a younger sibling to leader their older sibling?

not really...

leading is about your capabilities, abilities and experience with certain things and to an specific field... and age is not always the determinant factor for these things

it is very rare that one person leads others at absolutely everything... so if three or four siblings were stuck with a situation, the one leading the way out of it should be the sibling with the most experience at such situations because you would want the best outcome, so age has little or nothing to do with it

Not at all. I'd think it is pretty normal. Older siblings while typically self-sufficient also often end up in more of a caregiver or advisory role.

Younger, youngest especially, get their road paved with less trouble and grow up expecting more because of it. Wildly stereotyped. It makes perfect sense for them to be a bit more ambitious and driven. After all continual success creates that mindset and is more likely with additional support.

That is not necessarily a bad thing, I think it’s dangerous for a young child to never be the leader or never be the follower because they might be too passive with future abusive or too aggressive with future lovers if they don’t switch roles from time to time.
