Why do friends sleep with their friends exes?

I hear of this way too often, even on here with people asking questions about it. Why is it so common? Especially if friend knows their friend isn't yet over their ex or it's a recent breakup, it's betrayal 101.

What do y'all think about when a friend fucks their friend's ex? Have you ever had this happen to you? Have you done this to a friend? What would you do if your friend slept with your recent ex?

I've seen it with chicks mostly. It's like the beta chick follows the alpha chick around and just has to sleep with the alpha chick's leftovers. Even if she has a man of her own, she'll cheat just to fit that guy in. To brag about it? Maybe. Don't ask me why... it's just something I've noticed.

As for me, I've never had any friends try to pick up my leftovers. Probably something they would hide if they have is my best guess. Then again my friend's chick's dirty laundry is out in the open and I personally wouldn't want anything to do with any of them. I'd say your bro is just really thirsty if he's trying to pickup your leftovers.

Well if someone breaks up with someone but another friend maybe they’re more compatible and build a great connection that’s ONE thing…. But as for just sleeping with someone…

One thing is that it’s a challenge, another reason is simple opportunity, another reason was they were jealous of their relationship all along, the list goes on. Some people get off to betraying someone as well and will even sleep with someone if the can during the relationship.

Don’t get me wrong some people are simple opportunists and it was only because they had the opportunity to sleep with someone without anything nefarious behind it.

But there is times where people become jealous of someone else’s relationship that they will try to ruin it and sabotage it. Including having sex with someone if they can.
