Should I wish my friend on her birthday while we are fighting?

I am a guy. And my friend's birthday is coming. We are both over 25. We have had a lot of fights but this time, I don't feel it is easy for me to forgive her. So there is much tension in a cold way. But what about the birthday? I don't know much about how it is going for her neither do I want to but will it be too harsh to not wish on the birthday?
