What do you think of people who change their profile picture every day on Facebook?

So I have this friend, who constantly changes their profile picture like every day, if not every day, she changes it every 2 days. I am honestly annoyed about it and at the same time very concerned 😟 she’s like family to me and the only time I can remember that I keep changing my profile picture is when I’m having social anxiety or feeling depressed and that only happens once every 6 months. but for her it’s literally like everyday and she’s been doing it for a long time now, is she seeking attention? Is she lonely? I can’t reach out to her because sadly we’re not in good terms for the right reasons.

Changing profile photo is like status to some people. They change their profile every day as your friend.

Here also, there are many users that change their profile photos every once in a while, as close as everyday.

You are one of the normal ones on the notmal side. You only change the profile photo when emotional fluctuation happens.

Honestly? People like that are typically insecure, superficial, or rely WAY too much on their looks for happiness.

It's pathetic really- no offense to your friend. But I usually put people like that on ignore or don't give them the attention they want.

Heck my current picture on Facebook? Been up for almost FOUR years! But I'm an extreme case: I hate taking pictures and unlike most people, don't like being judged based on a picture.

I would get worried that people would get tired of liking each picture. Maybe it's a vicious cycle. People have given up liking her profile pictures, so she keeps posting new ones hoping she will get more likes finally. Maybe she's hoping that you'll like it, and show signs that you're not still mad at her.
