Would I be a bad person for not telling my roommate to wash his hands?

I heard him go to the bathroom and emediatly after he flushed the toilet he walked out. There is no soap in there either so I know he's not washing his hands but im afraid to bring it up to him. Would I be a bad person if I didn't?

By a soap dispenser from dollar store and put on sink. Say nothing.

Just worry about washing your own hands before you eat, floss, or touch your mouth, and everything should work out for you.

I think if such a thing bothers you you probably SHOULDN'T have a roommate.
