What's wrong with my sister?

A few hours ago my sister started to have a headache, now she started to vomit, she is nauseous. It looked like she was going to fall a few times. I say let's go to the ER but she keeps saying she will get better. What could be the problem? :(

Do not judge without knowing in the comments. I asked because I wanted opinions, so I'm trying to persuade her.

That sounds like a classic migraine attack. A buddy of mine goes through the same symptoms.

Give her a few hours and if nothing changes, then take her to either the ER or to an Urgent Care.
