I got pulled over for speeding in highway I was given the ticket to fill and mail should I plead guilty or not guilty in the form?

if you please not guilty you have to go to court. there's a decent chance the cop won't show up and you'll get off, and if he does show up ask for a continuance, but have a really good reason (and true because they will check). it will be rescheduled for a few months later, and then there's a very good chance the cop won't show up the second time

Unless you have really solid proof that you weren't doing anything wrong I my suggestion to just pay the ticket and be done with it. Hardly anybody ever beats a speeding ticket.

Well then it's up to you. You did the crime. But you can try to fight it. Much of the time if you show up to court and the cop doesn't the judge will just dismiss it.
