Any tips on processing and dealing with parental death?

I just lost my dad on Friday evening and I don’t really know how to process my emotions. I’m an INFJ and very likely also a HSP so I feel things more intensely in addition to absorbing others’ emotions. Right now I feel emotionally exhausted and a part of me wants to just withdraw and sleep constantly. Does anyone have tips on how to deal with this loss? My mom is still alive but I lost the oldest of my younger sisters in 2020 so this hurts quite a bit.
