Men yes given I’m straight.

Women NO Men and women can’t really be friends. Why because of sexual attraction. Guys are very visual we see a beautiful women we even may have grown up with a girl and notice she’s turning into a beautiful women and want to start a life with that women. (I’m coming from a guy perspective and and yes, a Christian perspective given I was raised Christian but currently agnostic my beef is with the existence rather then the philosophy).

now of course guys are very visual, we may have a girlfriend or wife but still look at our girls ass. (This is why guys get themselves in trouble virtual eyes hot women the lower head speaks up but the upper head has to dominate). I mostly get bigger women I’m more attracted to skinny women. I’M NOT GOING TO CHEAT never cheated in my life (unless you count Mary Jane and she’s not a women she’s a plant) but again I’m not going to sleep with the women I find incredibly attractive who is more attractive then important the girl I want to sleep with spread my seed and never see her again or the women I want to have kids with regardless if she’s on the heavier side.

now I’m talking on the person side but sexual attraction is a big thing being a gentleman isn’t a big thing. But in Oder to be a gentleman (and being married) no we can’t

if there's sexual attraction going on which is extremely unlikely, then the answer is a hard no. nobody can just be friends with someone they're attracted to and they'll just be lying to themselves when they say they can.

There are feelings in friendship. I love my friends. But I don't develop romantic feelings, no. I may get attracted for a short period, but it always fades if I don't develop it.
