Why doesn't he help me out?

I was feelingsick and i asked someone to help me out by drivng me to work and the person said no. always does this , why? Why are people so harsh these days and dont help others in need

You don't say what you where I'll with or symptoms but he might have thought "COVID" and wanted to keep his distance.

Talking distance you don't say if your work at the same place maybe he did the mental maths and thought he couldn't get to work in time if he dropped you off.

Besides if you where unwell to the point you couldn't travel the normal way to work then maybe you shouldn't be going.
