If you're a girl who's never fought before then I'd say just remember that speed is your advantage you have over a man. And also not having a ballsack is a pretty big one.

Cover your face and your elbows can generate the same force as hitting someone with a sledgehammer if you can really get your hips into it.

Also, if it's really that serious, yank the shit out of the other person's hair, just violently whip them around to disoriented them and start bashing them in the temple of the head. Don't be afraid to shoot your knee straight up into the other person's stomach while you got them hunched over from grabbing the hair. Just predend you're doing violent knee raises like in the gym.
