Am I really a brat?

Okay, so I assume everyone who follows knows I'm Muslim. Since it's Ramadan, of course I'm fasting.

The deal is that me and my sister live in the same room and my bed is on the side of the window.
My older sister has some slight heart problems that showed after adulthood, nothing too serious but she should pay attention to her sleep time and work hours.

The window needs to be open slightly so she wouldn't find she had difficulty in breathing once she woke up. Our window is slid to the side type. I open half of the window from the side where it wouldn't hit my head for this.

But guess what?
After I slept she opened the whole window which should be fine, but the problem she opened the window from the side that would keep the wind hitting my head, I remember her fighting about it before since I got sick before because she chose to open the window from that side, and to top it it's still considered winter in my country.

I woke up sick+fasting+tossing around in my sleep because of the cold, so, muscle soreness.

I wants to scream over this, I don't care she felt this much comfortable that wasn't first time she did this and I end up the one sick and suffering, she knows I'm sensitive to cold but still did it selfishly while making me feel the one selfish for being upset.

We're just two sister at my family, being the youngest isn't usually a good perk for me especially with my mom being the eldest daughter before and think I should respect my sister no matter what.

What you just explained doesn't sound like brat behavior, so no, I wouldn't say you're a brat for wanting the window closed because you caught a chill. I say you should establish some ground rules with your sister on things like this and who gets window rights.

Furthermore, you may the be youngest, but that doesn't mean you should be treated any less important and your health should be compromised. Sorry to tell you this, but your parents are awful if they're trying to pin this on you and blaming you for this. And for what? For catching a cold because your dumb sister was too ignorant and then scolding YOU for telling on her? That's basic common sense.

Whenever I try to establish ground rules in any discussion she starts screaming and attacking my personality as a whole, then my appearance one way or another, then my parents takes her side because of what they assume thinking I'm the easier to make compromise. It would ends with my parents and sister upset with me no matter what.

Maybe, but this doesn't tell me you are.
Two parties with opposing needs, that's what conflict means.
What you need is a rational solution, you are only feeling emotional because you are not comfortable, you listed the reasons yourself.
So, consider ways you can separate yourself from the wind and cold. Like hanging a curtain inbetween.

I would be frustrated too. Hopefully you two can resolve this and figure out a compromise that works better for both of you.

You are not a brat. There must be some simple solution to make sure you both are happy. Maybe you can sleep at the other end of the bed so the cold doesn't hit your face.

I used to do this as child but when cleaning out room, I was in 5th grade. She switched beds without telling me when I was focusing on cleaning other parts of the house to surprise our mom. Our mattresses are different and bed frame is different too.
She likes the other side better because it has place to charge her phone. And mom opted to satisfy my sister when she didn't want to switch back even if I cried.

Your not a brat you have a legitimate gripe that was wrong for her to do that to you. Have you tried talking to her about it

The problem whenever she did something that harmed me emotionally or physically like now she never talks kindly and keeps turning around the first point I was on about. This developed into the mindset of "I'd rather throw my things to the trash than give them for her use" 1_ She always make them not as good as before, 2_When I want them I don't find them and she never replies to my calls
About the mindset I got, none of my family likes it, but yeah, I bought and paid many of my stuff myself, or they were gifted to only me.
It always seem I can't control my own comfort here
