It is banned in some countries and doesn't prove to have real benefits. What do you think? Do you agree that it is cruel and should be stopped, do you like it, or are you indifferent about it?
I love dogs (like billions of people do), and my dog and foster puppies are literal angels on earth.. i have a friend who i adore and look up to because she’s a great person, except she’s a breeder and crops the puppies ears before selling them and it breaks my heart. I know it is everywhere and most people probably normalize it. Which is even sadder.
Do you have a rescue pup? Have you fostered? What do you think of ear cropping/breeding to sell? Photos are greatly welcomed (literally would make my day!)

And yes, the most common reason (if not only), is merely to “achieve a certain look”. Make them look tougher, scarier, intimidating. I dont know how people could do this to their own dogs.

I just don't see a point in it so if there's no point they shouldn't be doing it, they look better with their ears, can't say it effects me too much tho cause in the hoods here people crack out their dogs so they are more aggressive.
