I knew this one girl who I met through my siblings & she treated me well as a platonic friend for the few months we knew each other
She would help me with rides, lend me money, hang out on a platonic level
Eventually before she left to another state she apparently was talking mad crap about me to some of her friends
She never said bye or even let me know she was moving

It's difficult to say why someone would act nice and helpful towards you, only to talk down on you and leave without explanation. It's possible that the girl had underlying issues or insecurities that led her to behave in this way. She may have felt a need to be helpful and kind in order to feel good about herself, but ultimately didn't have a genuine interest in maintaining a friendship with you.
It's important to remember that people's actions and behavior are not always a reflection of your worth or value as a person. It's possible that the girl's behavior was more about her own issues than anything you did or didn't do.
While it can be hurtful to have someone talk negatively about you behind your back, it's important to focus on the positive aspects of your life and relationships. Surround yourself with people who value and respect you, and don't let the actions of one person define your self-worth.
It's also important to remember that some people come into our lives for a short time and then move on, and that's okay. It's a natural part of life and can help us learn and grow as individuals.
She probably felt used at some point and vented to her friends, not expecting it to get back to you. A few months is not long at all, so for you to be asking for rides and money in such short time could’ve struck a nerve. I’m sure that wasn’t your intention and yes she could’ve declined, but some people aren’t good at saying no, which could be the case for her.
I didn't ask, she obliged without ever asking anything in return though
I invited her to eat at some of my extended families BBQ sessions on weekends & she denied
I even tried paying her back but she denied
Up until the end where she ran her mouth about me to get friends?
Surely some discussion of finances or driving had to arise for her to even offer giving you these things, right? I only ask because you may be relatively oblivious to certain actions on your behalf. People don’t extend generosity as you claim she has, only to turn around and talk badly about you before moving without so much as a goodbye. Something bothered her, and I think it has to do with what she “obliged”.
As in? You assume she felt compensated ($$$) for all the favors she did for me but didn't have the heart to ask? So instead she just talks bad about me as a crutch
Not at all. What I’m saying is that she may have gradually felt used. As I said before, I’m not sure how money and rides get brought up, but clearly she felt some sort of way about it,
