Argument with friends online?

I argued with friends on discord now they won’t talk to me in private message. Although they talk fine in public chat. Why they ignoring me? Do they dislike me or am I overthinking it? Should I pretend nothing happened or get them to talk to me?

Thanks. I'm mostly following the last bit of advice which is pursue other relationships. It's been a few days and my concern over the incident has diminished. Overall I think Discord is not a good place to make friends with strangers from far away.

Maybe because is disord and they lot rude users on there that have be my experience with some group chat.
