My friend is ignoring me after I accidentally sent her a meme, what should I do?

My husband and I as a joke like to send sus Instagram memes to each other. I usually make sure to double check who I am sending it to but somehow accidentally sent one to my best friend (who is very conservative) it wasn’t explicit or anything just I don't know an innuendo. Even after explaining and apologizing she hasn’t talked/ responded to me since- and just leaves me on read- what should I do?
