She was only 28 (I was then 4 years old) when she lost my father. Cancer took him away and I barely have any memories of him, just fragments of the him wearing the same cap and the nickname Tiger when greeting me.
Till this day, she's still single, never went on any date, never remarried. She's now 52 and alone. I think she should've found a companion at some point. She still looks younger than her age (always did) and I think it's never too date to find love again. Honestly it would be great to see her happy again, for her to find love again.
Many people claimed she's a rare gem and that a loyal woman is hard to find? I would like to think it's just 50/50. Seriously? Is she that rare as some people make it out to be?

My friends father in law got cancer less than 2 years after their child was born and for 13 years he was not able to work and his wife had to support him, and their two kids, and herself with her own pay cheque and she was also very young when she married. 13 years after her husband got cancer, he died, and she never remarried, cause what if her second husband gets cancer and she has to suffer the same care taking role all over again?
Not sure why anyone would say that. But sorry for your loss and I agree with you. She should find herself another companion.
