Smoking a pack a day will cause mouth, throat and lung problems such as cancer and asthma.

Smoking will make you lose with initially but you will just put it back on when your metabolism gets used to it. Then you will be fat and stuck with a deadly habit that is also expensive. Dont eat as much and get some exercise. You will be healthier and you will get other benefits as well.

As a smoker who has been trying to quit for some time now, all I have to say is: don't.

Cigarettes are not something you want to become addicted to, and no; it will not make you lose weight. It actually makes it harder to lose weight, when you're a smoker.
