How much weight do you want to lose/gain?

Atm, the goal is to lose 20 pounds for an upcoming little sexy special occasion, but overall I’d love to be 120 pounds. Even when in my best shape and at my slimmest i was never that lol. But its a goal. Anyways i tend to easily lose 20 pounds when i cut down soda to just a few days a month, eat more fruit weekly, and drink more water daily. But of course i can only do that for so many months before i fall back into the habit. I also like to cycle but I want to do some weight training, i just dk when that part will begin. Anyways, I pray i dont get sick again, but whenever i have, it lasts around 2 weeks to a month, and i lose my appetite, just sleeping all day or waking on occasion to drink water so that often sheds the pounds as well. #FeelFreeToList
