Atm, the goal is to lose 20 pounds for an upcoming little sexy special occasion, but overall Iβd love to be 120 pounds. Even when in my best shape and at my slimmest i was never that lol. But its a goal. Anyways i tend to easily lose 20 pounds when i cut down soda to just a few days a month, eat more fruit weekly, and drink more water daily. But of course i can only do that for so many months before i fall back into the habit. I also like to cycle but I want to do some weight training, i just dk when that part will begin. Anyways, I pray i dont get sick again, but whenever i have, it lasts around 2 weeks to a month, and i lose my appetite, just sleeping all day or waking on occasion to drink water so that often sheds the pounds as well. #FeelFreeToList
I feel you on wanting to slim down. 20 pounds is a solid goal that'll make a real difference. As for getting down to 120, don't stress too much if you can't hit that exact number - what matters is feeling healthy and confident.
I want to cut down on weight myself and build more muscle mass than I have to do strength training and work on functional strength and gaining a six pack abs.
Cutting out soda is clutch, that shit is liquid candy. Fruit is dope too. Make sure you're still fueling your workouts though, don't want to lose too much muscle.
Maybe try some bodyweight circuits if you're not ready for the gym yet. Pushups, squats, planks - you can do them anywhere and they'll torch calories. Or go for runs outside to mix it up from cycling.
Just focus on balanced healthy habits long-term over quick fixes like getting sick. Take progress pics to stay motivated too. You got this, just be consistent and you'll shred that weight in no time. Hit me up if you ever need a workout buddy!

I've lost about 12-13 pounds in the last several months - slow but steady. My short term goal is to lose another 2-3 pounds. Then I want to concentrate on not gaining it back. After that I have a longer term goal of losing more weight, 5-10 pounds at a time, then maintaining that weight.
I don't know how much I need to lose. I'm overweight, but not obese. The last time I was at a healthy weight was 17 years ago before I quit smoking. I've lost a lot of muscle mass as I've gotten older. Muscle is heavy so I don't know what my ideal weight should be now - not as much as it was then.
I'd like to lose another 10-12 pounds then judge then how much more, if any, that I need to lose. I also want to gain some muscle, but that might be pretty hard at my age. I might not be able to gain muscle at all.
I highly recommend home bodyweight workouts! They're great to start building muscle and they're free!
I want to get to 100-110lbs. I'm small and Asian, so it's healthier for me to be slightly underweight relative to western standards.
Plus with martial arts and climbing, lighter is easier to work with. It's a journey but I'm getting better at incorporating more water and veggies.
All of it my diet sucks 😭😔. Nothing I cut back helps and I'm just always hungery!
Just poof away my fat belly... Well make it look skinny to me. Not really fat just feels like it won't go down any!
Want to be 140 right now 160 waaaa!
At my heaviest I was about 180lbs, I lost about 50lbs, I cut out sugar and drank more water. I've maintained the 130-135 for about 5 years+. But lately I've been gaining. It used to bother me losing gaining, but idgaf anymore.

I haven't stepped on a scale for years so that I don't feel bad & don't damage the scale (scale abuse). I'm guessing I'm 225 at 5' 10.25" in bare feet, 5' 11" in shoes. Since I started out thin & was so for many years, I'd say lose 75 lbs. At my age I'm concerned about heart attacks & strokes. And when I was 150, I was stronger than most men who weighed 225. As you age your metabolism slows down. Plus, I'm no longer interested in running like I was years ago, so I'm probably stuck where I am.
Ohh do you mind sharing what your little sexy special occasion is? I'm so curious.
For me, I'd like to cut some fat. There's no one calling me a fat guy, but I know I'd look and feel better if I got my 6pack again. I would need to drop about 20 lbs too.
I had a bad habit of not eating much a few years ago and I was usually under 100lbs so now I really make sure to keep up and I'm around 115-120. I'd like to be 125 to really boost the appeal of my "assets," but I burn off enough calories to prevent that I guess.
I'd like to lose 30 pounds and it would be easy to do so, but the chaos and demands of my job tend to drive me to stress eat. I think next spring I'll be able to start getting ahead of it, though..
I'd like 180 pounds off but thats more because I keep hearing 30 pounds off = 1 extra inch of this Deeeeek. can't ever get too big am I right?
I think around 60 pounds off and I'll be fine.
I'd be happy to lose 5-10 pounds but only after I'm done breastfeeding. Right now I'm struggling to hold onto that weight but I desperately need it to keep a good supply
none- im exactly in my sweet spot. with running around the hospital like i do i lost another 10 recently. im fine where i am
The most I lost was 70 pounds in 4 months. I was doing cardio 5 times a week, an 1 hr and 30 mins all 5 days.. and intermittent fasting from 6pm to 12pm the next day. It was hard but so rewarding.
I honestly don't know how much I weigh, I don't really pay much attention to it. but I am trying to get fairly shredded or close to it at least.. Or just trying to lose the little bit of stomach flush I have..
Like 13 pounds or so. Unfortunately I let the cravings get the better of me.
I'd not mind gaining about 5kg - tho I suspect it's a bit higher now.
- I just want to be healthy. 🤷ββοΈ
i'd like to lose like 15kgs/30lbs? . my bmi is normal but close to the overweight category now, really dont like it
I wanna lose 40 so I can look stick thin but I wanna eat 40lbs worth of food on my next birthday so I guess none. 😆😆
maybe lose about 5lbs. i've lost about 15lbs since May and feel pretty good about it but another 5lbs would be welcomed
I've put some weight on lately. I'd like to lose 10 pounds at least, 15 would be better. It's not easy though.
70 lbs would put me back at my high school senior weight, but 30 would be good. I was skinny in high school. Well maybe not. I was 5, 10β and 185 lbs when I graduated.
@DizzyDesii what about you?I recently lost 20 pounds, I want to do so again.
20 pounds isn't much with my height, so this time it will probably take a bit longer. For me what's made the most impact is spreading what I eat out across the day and not just have a single meal.I lost about 5 lbs and I'd like to trim down another 6 to about 172.
Your not going on s crash diet are you? 🧐
You better make some more time to reach that goal in a healthy way because doing it the anorexics style just isn't worth it!
Woman should stop thinking they have to look like a super model because the fact of the mather is that 80% of men don't like very skinny woman because they are fragile. Feeling bones isn't exactly what we like, nothing wrong with having some love handles to hold on too 😇🤔Looking to maintain my weight at around 155. So no major loss or gain here at the moment.
