Well I got sick a few days ago and every time I get sick I lose weight because I lose my appetite and I don't eat as much. I really didn't want to lose any weight because I'm already pretty skinny, I actually want to gain weight lol but I don't think it was nowhere healthy for me to lose weight considering I am so skinny, even though I'm not sick anymore, now I'm starting to feel dizzy and out of energy. And I think its because I hardly have any meat on my bones. I have hardly a figure anymore, my clothes don't fit as tight as they used to, and you can just tell I got thinner than what I already was. I really need help on gaining some weight, I don't gain weight so easily. What kind of food helps you gain weight except for junk food of course lol I want something more healthy. And what exercises should I do to gain muscle?
