I guess I could lose a couple pounds of fat and gain some weight with some muscle. I need to add some muscles on my arms. I feel I am about 200 pounds but I should be at 180 for how tall I am.

I use sugar free creamer and have unsweetened ice tea. I sprinkle just a bit of sugar in my tea
