I'm currently 5'2 and 110 pounds and very unhappy with my weight. Last year around this time I was 5'2 and 105 pounds. I got down to 101 lbs in the spring and I wasn't that much more active. I have been through high periods of stress and I have what seems like a small stress pot belly. Does anyone know how to avoid weight gain due to stress? And don't say that "that's too thin" my whole family is very thin, considering most women are around 5'3 98 pounds as adults without dieting in my family. I went on a medication a few years ago that made me gain a little weight, hitting around 120 and I went down to 110 pounds after going off of the meds and my weight fluctuates from 110-105 lbs. I still think I should be thinner. Is there anyway to reset your metabolism to the way it used to be? If anyone has answers to this, let me know :) please and thank you :)
