Want to lose weight, but I have no support. What do I do?

I want too lose weight. I will admit when my fiance and I first got together I was 112lbs a size 2. The skinnest I have ever been. Four years later, I feel like a pig. I'm 160lbs... My face isn't fat nor are my arms. I don't have kankles, just what I think are ugly fat hips, a big ass, and not the thinnest mid section. I tell people I'm 160lbs and they don't believe me.. Well here is the thing. Ideally I would like to be back to my weight one year into the relationship (120lbs).
I'm on a lot of medication to be exact I take well over 20 pills a day for various things. I didn't get fat until I started seeing doctors and the pills ( I hate them).
I've been on a diet since January when I was 140lbs... All I did was gain. I cut carbs, sodium, changed my diet and caloric consumption to under 1200 calories.. I can't lose this.. Unfortunately my medications I can't come off of. If you don't know any of these look em up. How do I keep motivation when my body physically can't handle no more? How do I get my fiance to support me and quit buying junk food even tho he knows I want well have to eat healthier? He calls me tubby or fat and it just upsets me more. I'm wanting to die by the time I come up stairs... Help please.
