1. you have to believe that you can lose that weight
2. get some inspiration. Find pics of people that have your ideal weight and put them some place you can see it like in your bathroom.
3. cut out sodas, refined sugars ( non natural like sugar sweetners), fast food, and desserts. ( you can have desserts once a week.)
4. find a method of working out that you are comfortable with. Whether it be running, cardio, zumba, workout videos. Whatever it is find it and do it 3-5 days a week for a min, of 60 minutes.
5. in regards to depressions. Your weight does not define you. You are more than the fat person you see yourself as. You just have to get the outside to match the amazing inside.
6. To begin you can get motivation from your family and friends, but you also have to be able to motivate yourself. no one can make you do something but you.

What you need to do is not focus on a number. Focus on being well and clearing your mind from doubts/insecurities. Half of the battle to losing weight is the way our minds think about it. If you are shy of gyms (like me!) then buy indoor work out DVD's. I used an aerobic walking DVD and lost 40 pounds in 8months (from 170 to 130!) Just remember the key to losing weight is in your mind. Tell yourself that you are healthy, well, and beautiful. Stay focused and try your best to eat nutritiously. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
I wish I knew. I am only 5' 8", small-boned, and 215 lbs. I have gone down some and right back up. I have tried everything. And the moment I stop dieting, and eat the way I like to, I immediately gain almost ten lbs. back in the very first week! SO frustrating. And I am on meds that make my metabolism extremely slow. It's seemingly hopeless for me too.

Get a friend to go on a diet with you and excersise. Trying to do it with a friend always gives me motivation, its like trying to best your Buddy in pe. For diet I suggest low carb or keto and for excersise I suggest cross fit. I have done tons of diets and the keto was the best because my huger was diminished and I was always satisfied vegan and vegetarian had to many high and low spikes in blood sugar for me.
Remember that doing something is ALWAYS better than doing nothing. Trust me, you will give up more than once. But it is in the moments where you decide to go for it again that you become powerful. You can do et!
What worked for me was substituting soda for water, not eating any snacks, eating non processed foods especially chicken and doing exercise where you can even if its just walking
28 pounds can b lost in a few months... and 203... isn't EXTREMELY fat... relax :|
