You shouldn't hate your body at all, you should be thankful that (presumably) you dont have any diseases or conditions people in very poor countries have...
But if you really are unhappy about you weight and if you have a very high BMI than this could lead to cardiovascular diseases
Here are some tips that I advise to lose weight naturally :)
-Go for 2 and 5 (that is 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of fruit everyday)
-Substitute chips, other processed snacks for nuts
-Replace ALL fluids (except milk) for water - (i cut out all soft drinks for a year and my skin was glowing, i was less irritated and lost 2kg)
-Limit your sugar and saturated fat intake (one step at a time, you dont want to shock your system or else you'll crave it and eat even more)
-Exercise moderately to vigorously for at least 30 minutes per day (60 minutes recommended)
--- try bike ridding as this helps with toning you thighs
Good luck hun but please never again say you hate your body x

Eat healthy and exercise would help for sure. And psychologically, you need to learn to love your body. I am not skinny kind of girl, but I found out the days I feel anxiety about something, I tend to eat more then gain weight as in result. But when I am happy and being confident, I look at the mirror and naturally feel like I am a pretty girl with that cute body. If your lower part fat is your biggest concernm try to steer away from large intake of starch. Get more green veggies :) Good luck and be happy... :)
You don't have to be harsh on yourself.
First just cut off the fat (harm fat)
Drink a lot of water (trust me it's magic)
Make sure your food contains 40% protein 30% good Carbs and 10% good fat
Try to make cardio 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes and if you can: resistance exercise so you can build muscles so you can burn fat faster
I did this and I had Starbucks almost everyday and sometimes desserts!
And I've lost 8 kilos in a 2 months :)
If you want my diet I would gladly give it to you.. Just let me know
Resistance excercises, a highprotein mealplan, and eliminating all liquid calories.
join a gym and start weight-training.
also, pls post a picture of your body, and i will most likely feel morally obliged to tell you that your problem is in your head, like with most young women.

Psychologists say when the pain of the problem becomes greater then the pain of the solution, the person will choose the solution. It is obvious that you haven't reached that level of pain as far as depression goes to act on the solution for more than three days. The only way to lose weight is to put yourself on a diet of less than 1400 cal a day. Exercise, working out running jogging lifting weights is all a crock. If you eat one piece of pie you have to jog to China to work it off.. There are many books that show you the calories for any food. Even McDonald's how much how many calories does a big Mac have. If you have two big Macs a day you actually dieting because I believe the total is on the 1400. So find a book that gives you the calories in anything you eat and stick to it stick to 1400 cal a day and over time you will lose weight. Remember when the pain of the problem is greater than the pain of the solution then you'll do something about it
Eat vegetables and fruits. Thats what everyone says. But personally, I think the best way is to eat only when you're hungry. Its okay a lot to eat in the morning, as you need energy to start your day, eat your lunch only when you're hungry and don't eat toi much for dinner. <thats the healthy way
But when I'm on my diet, I dont bring money to school and just bring a lot of biscuits which I eat when I'm really hungry. Then lunch will be the time I eat until I'm full and I don't eat dinner. (its not healthy so I would advice you not to follow)
But drinking water helps.
I would advice you to excercise too, but if you're going to excercise, it's better if you eat enough so you have enough energy to workout.
Good luck. Hope it helps !Change habits gradually. Replace your old habits with new healthier ones. Like, if you eat junk food 3 times per week, limit it to two times, then once.. Have one teaspoon of sugar in your coffee instead of two. if you want any help feel free to ask me!
I hate dieting but I managed to lose 30 lbs last year on weight watchers. I still eat what I want but swap certain things out... like I'll have salad instead of fries with my sandwich or I'll get the burger with no buneed, etc. I add lots of veggies to my meals and have foods high in fiber. Rather than a diet, it was a lifestyle change and it helped... slowly but surely. I don't exercise a whole lot either but I try to get out for athe least a walk
make it not a chore. Get involved in exercise. And make your diet more about gradual changes. Introduce more protein enriched foods. And green leafy vegetables. Substitute fruit when your want something sugary. Don't limit your intake just change what you're eating. The more unhappy you are the more likely you are to fall off the bandwagon. Find healthy foods that you like.
a lot of good stuff available on the internet and in some magazines. It's not a diet, it has to be a lifestyle. Ask your family for encouragement, and maybe get a personal trainer. Eliminate all unhealthy food where you live, so the temptation will not be there.
Find workout buddy so you can motivate each other or download 30 day challenge app where you have a planned workout
same. honestly I've tried everything too. what i do it stick to exercising. its really not that hard to do! running helps me a lot w my mini depression i guess.
Mix your diet with exercise. And focus part of your exercises to the areas you want to work more. Drink water during the day (to feel full), and avoid sugary stuff.
unfortunately thats really all you can do.. I was in the same boat, and i had a talk with my doctor, and he put me on a medication that makes it easier to say no to food
throw all the fast food in your house and shop for healthy ones and enter courses.
