Do you think its ridiculous that I was going 10 miles above the speed limit, and someone passed me?

I was driving down a rural road. The limit was 40. There was a lifted up pickup truck really riding my ass, so I sped up. I looked at my speedometer and it was 50. This guy speeds up and passes me. He was probably going 60-70. It kind of pissed me off. What's funny is he got stuck behind a semi truck that was going like 30. I know I shouldn't have been going over the speed limit but does this guy sound like a jerk?

We got plenty of people like that here in South Carolina. The amount of times I had to pull over just to let them by is ridiculous.

Reminds me of this one time a speeder in a black pickup truck went around me. Just a few feet ahead was a slow line of traffic, so him going around me didn't make any fucking sense at all.
