If there is domestic violence, abuse (both physical and psychological) or also when there is lots of arguing and cursing between the parents. Dysfunctional environments that are unsafe for kids.
All of the above. And if a parent doesn’t do it, most likely the kid will do it on their own when they are old enough to understand. Any bad parent will eventually reap what they sow
Severe drug addiction, abuse (physical, sexual, emotional), or severe mental disorders that put the kids at risk of serious trauma.

All of the above. No child needs to be anywhere near any of that.
Agreed and when you decide to choose to be a single parent because of those unfortunate circumstances society points out the obvious like “The child shouldn’t have to suffer because of who you chose to lay down with.” Like yes and because I’m self aware of the mistake I made by choosing to lay down with someone who brings such dysfunctions into my and my child’s life, I’m choosing to be wiser so my child doesn’t have to suffer because of a bad choice/mistake I made. Growing up without both parents can have bad effects but allowing your child to be raised around someone who can harm them in such ways and you KNOW it, will cause more damage than people actually realize. The child can and more than likely will, grow up to resent you because of what you allowed them to endure.
All of the above.
