Is this a commen behaviour that my mom does?

So my mom has always pushed me and my sister to dress slutty and drink alcohol and party etc. Like the other day my sister brought a beautiful long skirt and a blouse that covered her cleavage and my mom said its too modest. She should show more skin. How is being "too modest" a thing🤔 its very rare for my sister to dress modestly she isn't as conservative as me she is very free. But just wondered is it commen?

Its abusive? Really? I mean she is a narcissist (diagnosed) so it makes sense but she has done far worse stuff so I dont even realize its abusive.

Drinking to excess is not healthy. I don't know why she does this, perhaps in hopes that one of you will get pregnant, but it's not loving.
